So I sewed the base of the tree just like I talked with Christian about, and the dang thing is too small. So now I have to make a bigger one. AAAAhhhh. Sewing is slow, and re-doing it is frustrating.

Sewing Time!!!

So I am very excited about our next project. A little (maybe alot) intimidated by having to learn how to sew and have a finished project in two weeks, but I feel really good about what I have decided to do. Unfortunately, I'm having some camera issues at the moment, but once I get them under control I'll edit this blog and add them in. You can see the material I've chosen as well as all the supplies I'll be needing to get the job done. No matter what happens with this project, at least I will learn how to sew and be worth something to my husband one day.

Class? What Class?

So, I went to see an old friend last week and they got me sick. I would say today is the worst yet even though I saw the doctor yesterday. I can't go back to class until tomorrow, so I'm missing my 3D critique, which mind you, is finished and sitting on my counter. Although life happens, I had a really fun time trying to figure out how I was going to match up my shapes and would for our final project. Tedious at times, but I think that's why I like it, because I don't have to think about anything else. Anyhoo, although I'm not in class today, I will see you all bright and early on Wednesday.

Topsy Turvy

So yesterday in class I leaned back in my chair too far and it fell over....with me in it. It wouldn't have been as embarrassing if people had actually laughed, but I was one the only one who did. Go figure. It's raining and I'm about to go work on my pyramid for class. My first real rain in my new apt.! Yay. So many pictures I want to go take. Anyways, I'll be back with pics of the pyramid...if I make it that far. *cross your fingers*.

New Blog Address

This is my new blog address, because apparently I am not smarter than Wordpress and cannot for the life of me figure out how to post pictures. Not only that I'm behind on getting other students in the class pictures of their work as well. So goodbye Wordpress, we had a good run, but it's just not working out. On that note...

I was sick most of last week and am just now being able to start getting caught up. So I will post what I can and update often. Post all you want, lucky for me 3D-Design is the one class that I am actually able to really get the hang of once I put my mind to it.
